Ist doch konsequent, finde ich völlig in Ordnung.
Gibt es in solchen Fällen nicht Möglichkeiten dem Patienten gegen seinen Willen zu helfen? Einen Selbstmörder lässt man ja auch nicht einfach zur Tat schreiten.
