I don't care, I'm still free. You can't take the sky from me.

welcome back rusty
So mogelt der eine oder andere beim Gespräch über das neue System aus Versehen auch schon einmal einen Spieler mehr auf den Platz, wie Nils Petersen, der ein 4-3-3-1 entdeckt haben will.
Is this thing on? I couldn't post earlier.
I hope, rusty didn't explode with joy when Fritz scored the first goal

Oh my GOD, Werder. Seriously. I watched the last two games and since I almost died of lack of chocolate on Sunday, it made the game FAR worse.
Here's what's needed: an actual Oezil replacement, some GOOD defenders, Klaus Allofs to get a clue...
My father walked up to some random Germans in New York on Saturday, and started talking to them. The husband of the couple was in town to run the marathon, his first. I was incredibly embarrassed, but they ended up inviting me to a Werder game (they're from Paderborn and their daughter is at university in Bremen). I called Tim Wiese something "untoward" on the M5 bus going uptown in Manhattan; that was awesome.
And also, tomorrow is the first anniversary of Enke's death. Some douchebag was on the train track while I was riding the other night, and I wanted to say something about pulling an Enke, but I didn't think anyone would get it...
Umm, hi everyone. I watched the game yesterday.
Also, one of the guys I had a crush on six years ago has totally come back to haunt me. He's Canadian, 55 years old, married, and a rock star. And probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. It was easy for me to meet him because I usually saw his band in really small venues down here, but I once met him in Toronto as well. I swear I ran into him in Montreal a few weeks ago, but I had no idea he was even supposed to be there until a few hours later when I saw the band advertised on a concert hall marquee, and I missed them last year here in Boston with my broken wrist. The man in question's got a solo album coming out in six weeks, so, since I haven't seen him in AGES, I'm going to attempt to see him in concert somewhere. I thought I was over him, but I probably have had a bigger crush on him than I ever did on Herr Fritz.
Also, it's raining like mad here.
Sorry Rusty, what' s the matter about Werder Bremen?
Whome does it care, wether You met a Musician?

Happy Birthday @Sean

Thanks!
The musician thing is that now that I like him again, I'm able to look at Fritz with the eye of a sports fan and not as someone who has a crush on him. I'm more objective about his play, and less insulted if someone makes fun of him :-P
