I've only been to New York approximately 100 times, so a) the city isn't that fascinating anymore and b) I've never liked their sports teams in the first place, even when I was living in an area where I was allowed to cheer for their teams.
Wel to me certain places never lose their fascination, no matter how often i've been there.
Desnt even have to be that big of a city like New York, everytime i come back to Bremen from whereever im glad, always got a certain fascination because of all the memories i got here.
Anyway nobody forced you to like the New York sports teams, i just explained why i made that comment about the Revolution and New England sports teams

This is an interesting thought - I don't personally understand why I have to like or even have been to a city to cheer for their sports teams, but multiple people have made the point that I should. And strangely, I go to Toronto once a year on average, but I wouldn't say the city fascinates me, just that I like it.
Max, I'm not sure how you'd get me a shirt with that slogan, and where that slogan would be, but I'd buy it from you for the price of shirt and shipping from Europe to the US if I didn't have to pay for a bank transfer! :wall:

Originally from Germany but currently living in New Zealand.Spending on year travelling through the country before I start working. It's great over here,I really enjoy it.Just the football is not that good.I watched Wellington Phoenix play against Queensland,ok for a nice sunday afternoon, but nothing to compare with a great game in the Weserstadion(which is definetly a nicer stadium as well).

Hey, how was your move?
Re: The world says 'hello' - Who are you and where are you from?
Pretty stressful. This October has been the craziest month of my life.
October 1st: Entering the U.S.
October 2nd-October 16th: Wedding preparation and hosting a lot of my friends from Germany (I'm glad that I'll never have to organize a wedding again...it's crazy)
October 17th: Wedding...perfect
October 18th-October 19th: Saying goodbye to my family and friends...very emotional
October 20th-23rd: Honeymoon in Key West :super:
October 24th-the end: Moving to our new apartment which is awesome but still a lot of stuff to do
And in between I have to take care of my visa.
We decided to get Dish and since two days I'm able to watch the German Sports Channel. Can't wait for the weekend to watch some Bundesliga action and especially Werder from my bed and not being dependent on streams :schal:
